Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean the sxs6 platform and its operating entity. References to "you" or "your" mean the registered player accessing or using sxs6.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the sxs6 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between sxs6 and each registered player. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on sxs6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute — no exceptions apply regardless of jurisdiction, parental consent, or any other circumstance.
• You are accessing sxs6 as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only. Corporate, syndicate, and institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of sxs6 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, order, or regulation that applies to your personal circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sxs6 or any affiliated gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• Your account has not previously been suspended or permanently closed by sxs6 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

sxs6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in a verification request will result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete. sxs6 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain eligibility or to disclose a change in eligibility status.

Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold exactly one registered account on sxs6. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change after registration.

• You must provide your genuine legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Pseudonyms and fictitious names are not permitted.
• Your date of birth must be accurately recorded. sxs6 will verify this information against identity documents before processing your first withdrawal.
• Your email address must be a valid, active address that you own and control. sxs6 uses email as the primary channel for account notifications, security alerts, and bonus communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sxs6 Login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify sxs6 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, sxs6 may request copies of government-issued identity documents (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved. sxs6 processes all submitted documents securely and in accordance with the sxs6 Privacy Policy.

sxs6 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approved accounts may subsequently be subject to enhanced due diligence if transaction patterns, account behaviour, or other factors warrant additional verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on sxs6 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sxs6 does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Method availability may vary and is subject to change; current availability is displayed in the cashier section after the sxs6 Login.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by sxs6, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically clear within 30 seconds. Deposits via Rocket and Upay typically clear within 60 seconds. Bank card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 5 minutes. sxs6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• sxs6 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are stated in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the sxs6 compliance team following KYC verification.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. sxs6 targets a withdrawal processing time of 1 to 24 hours following KYC approval, though actual timing depends on the receiving payment provider.
• Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited. Only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• sxs6 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed.

Bonuses & Promotions

sxs6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• The sxs6 welcome bonus offers new players up to ৳25,000 on their first deposit. The exact bonus percentage and maximum amount are stated on the promotions page. A minimum qualifying deposit applies. 18+ only. T&Cs apply.
• All bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in that bonus's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• sxs6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already claimed and in an active wagering period will be honoured unless evidence of abuse is found.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting wagering-free game combinations, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By accessing sxs6, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on sxs6, whether in your own name or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with sxs6 support or compliance teams.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to access, play, or interact with sxs6 in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including chip dumping in poker variants, coordinating bets in live casino games, or sharing account access to exploit game mechanics or bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or the proceeds of crime. sxs6 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transactions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the sxs6 platform's software, random number generator, odds engine, or any other technical component.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing mistakes, or any other technical malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening sxs6 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel associated with sxs6.

sxs6 uses fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and manual compliance review to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals pending review. sxs6's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final, subject to any dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sxs6 platform — including but not limited to the sxs6 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, software, game presentation layers, promotional materials, and any original content created by or for sxs6 — is the intellectual property of sxs6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sxs6 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or modification of sxs6 content.
• Game content displayed on sxs6 — including game titles, graphics, sound, and mechanics — remains the property of the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to sxs6 for player access. Players acquire no rights to game software by virtue of playing on sxs6.
• The sxs6 name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation from sxs6. Unauthorised use of sxs6 intellectual property may result in legal action.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to sxs6 by players via support channels or other means may be used by sxs6 freely without compensation, acknowledgement, or restriction.

Any attempt to scrape, mirror, frame, or systematically extract content from the sxs6 platform — for any purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes both a breach of these Terms & Conditions and a potential infringement of intellectual property rights.

Account Suspension & Closure

sxs6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases where no prohibited conduct is identified, sxs6 will provide reasonable notice before closure.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your sxs6 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following final KYC checks. Unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds will result in those bonus funds being forfeited upon closure.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion decision should use the self-exclusion tools available in the account dashboard or contact support. Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. sxs6 will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any inactivity policy to the account balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. sxs6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file. Continued use of the sxs6 platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
